Stall minimum: 6 stalls
There are a total of 18 stalls on the property. Six stalls in the front-barn with three adjacent paddocks, with designated hay/shavings storage and manure storage. To the back of the riding arena are 12 stalls set up between two barns in a courtyard layout. These barns also have designated manure storage. All barns are equipped with fly spray systems and stall fans. The front barn has a misting system, the stalls in the back two barns all have windows to the outside and plenty of airflow.
There are three wash stalls and multiple tack stalls. There are two air-conditioned bathrooms, two air-conditioned feed rooms, two air-conditioned tack rooms. There are 2 full size refrigerators for supplements and a washer and dryer on site.
